In the future I am going to have to rebuild a 2 litre Spreadbore engine to go into my Station Wagon which will be restored.
As such when the engine goes in it is to look standard - so standard carby, standard dissy and exhaust.
However if possible I would be like to be able to incorporate safe performance improvements to the internals of the engine.
Now I am generally familiar how to improve performance in general terms eg, increase capacity, increase compression, bigger valves, headwork and rejet the carby to match changes but what I am after is information specific to the 2 litre engine.
So if you have improved the performance of a 2 litre what works and what does not - things to be wary off.
Thanks
Garry
