Door hinge bolt

Can anyone tell me how to refit the drivers side hinge bolt on the body side it seems the nut has fallen off on the inside .I fear I need to dismantle the dash to access it .

The nuts are mounted to a spring steal bracket. You would need to remove the other bolt and replace the nuts. They just clip onto the fire wall.
