Morning all,
Looking at a three week trip from Melbourne to kalgoorlie and back via Alice in late October. With two kids and a dog on board I am thinking a camper might be a nice alternative to setting up the trusty old tent every night, not to mention assist with storage.
Can anyone recommend a hire place in Melbourne?
Depending on cost I'm thinking hire, but if the costs are prohibitive I may look at buying.
Thanks
Joel

I rented a Kimberly from the guys down at Victorian Camper Trailers (South Dandenong). Really nice guys. Great trailer - quite heavy though at around 1,500kg.

We recently hired from Johnnos Camper Trailers (http://melbourneeast.campertrailer.com.au) in Melbourne East (ringwood) for our Flinders Ranges trip. They were great to deal with.

The wife &I hired a Johnnos camper from Greensbrough for our outback N S W trip.
Trailer was easy to set up,lots of storage space under bed, easy tow with the Defender.
