Interesting article and I guess that after reading many posts here about retailers in Oz many people perhaps agree with it.

Wholly agree as I just this week purchased an electronic box from a Melbourne electronics company and they had it at my door in less than 24hrs. They offered (at a good price) mail, courier, 3 hour courier and international delivery.
As for the Australian automotive world (must quantify with not all but most) they are damb hopeless with times and prices.
