Where to get Trailer brake installed around Brissy?

Hi guys,

Just reaching out to find out where to get my Electric Trailer brakes installed for my brand new D4 (picked up Monday, kissed the D3 goodbye). Dealer wants $1800! :eek: Thought that was crazy steep correct me if I am wrong. Then they gave me the hard sell on warranty and "unknown's playing around in the electrics of the car".

So any suggestions on where I could go to get a controller installed around North Brisbane wouldn't be great. Only towing a Jayco Swan outback ~ 1400kg.

Try MR Automotive in Redcliffe. They are land rover specialists.

Which dealer?? I bought a redarc remote head (paid for that on line) and had Australs Brisbane fit it - only charged me a few hundred dollars.

Thanks for sharing it was Austral Brisbane that gave me that price for the redarc remote head. Might ask them for a price on just fitting.

Hi Hatchy, I had mine fitted at Petrie automotive and electrical. they do all my stuff for the Disco and are very reasonably priced. they love working on landrovers.
