Hey guys, I'm having a hard time locating the fuel tank breather for my 96 300tdi.
Is this it?? If not, where is it located. The manual said it's on the top but I couldn't find it.

Im pretty sure it is the cap, it vents through the key hole I think?
That little pipe with pipe cap is for conecting the aux tank that is an option on LR, not a breather.

Breather for fuel tank on defender 110.
Small hose above main filler hose.
Not mine, picture stolen from the internet.

In the link above, you can see the breather and also the attachment for the aux tank that uninformed noted.
