Why is it that sometimes when I log into this site home page I will only get one or two items to show up? Jim

right now it is to do with incomplete HTML tags. This is because post content is truncated into a snippet on the front page, which can cut short included HTML in a way that breaks the remaining structure of the page.. culprit in this case = iframe youtube embed.

sorry it was a terrible description.

The forum is supposed to be cutting our text short for a snippet but in some posts our text is converted into HTML code (eg. youtube urls are turned into embedded videos). When the forum cuts HTML code short it confuses your browser and ruins page rendering.

the addon that handles the media posts cant cope ...

that style front page is about to vanish and you will land on the forum home page in the not too distant future

What has happened? The front page has disappeared and I am now going straight to the forum page. Where can I find all the current threads? Jim

on the navbars there are several options

new posts (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/search.php'do=getnew), your posts (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/search.php'do=myactivethreads) and under quick links there is todays posts (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/search.php'do=getdaily)
