265/75/16..I've had this size before and they work really well, and are common enough to get a replacement out in the boon docks

Depends what rims you have, 285's typically require a 7.5" wide rim minimum. Thats for BFG's anyway.

I have just ordered 265/75/16's for my Zu rims. Jax LAUNCESTON did a great price for me also. Should look stout without going past the guards and spraying the side too much. Zu have +11mm offsets.

Summiitt, what dakar rims are they? Looks like a tough truck.

They are genuine Blindos, terrafirma do a copy, but they don't look quite right..
Not cheap but just wanted something a little different

Nice work, blindo's would have been my choice also but SWMBO liked the ZU rims better. In the end i hope they are as good as each other. Keep us updated on how the MT wear, sound, perform etc. The sure look tough enough.

Bloody hard choice choosing tyres, I had a great run with Mickey t mtz on my last ute, I'm running BFGs muddies on one of the other 130 utes and am very disappointed with their wear rates, will be lucky to get 50k out of them, running general grabbers on the 110 tray top and they seem to be holding up well though more of an AT pattern..going to try some toyos or maxxis when the BFGs finally die..
