Our previous dog to our Golden was Great Pyrenean, the french cousin of the Meremma, they also look after folk with a lot of love and dedication. :)
She used to retrieve the little birds when come of their nests during strong wins and bring them to us.
If they were death she used to cry.

One of our dogs (Border Collie) is a Delta Therapy dog, and he has his first visit to a hospital mental health facility next week,so that will be interesting,he is pretty bomb proof.:)

But tomorrow night he will be competing an obedience trial so that will help to get him motivated ;)

Girl, 3, Saved By Dog After Days Lost In Woods (http://news.sky.com/story/1317554/girl-3-saved-by-dog-after-days-lost-in-woods)

A three-year-old girl has been rescued from a wolf-infested Siberian forest after going missing for nearly two weeks - thanks to her pet dog.

Karina Chikitova's puppy huddled next to her and kept her warm for more than a week before returning home to get help.

The dog then helped rescuers find the child, who hid in long grass during the cold nights and survived on wild berries and river water, the Siberian Times reported.

If you see the video were she was there will be no hope in finding her without the help of a dog
