His noodliness

The Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM) is the deity of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster or Pastafarianism, a movement that promotes a light-hearted view of religion and opposes the teaching of intelligent design and creationism in public schools.[3] Although adherents describe Pastafarianism as a genuine religion,[3] it is generally seen by the media as a parody religion.[4][5]

Landroverism is the other religion with lot of followers :D
.....and do not have nothing to do with Masochism as a Spiritual Path.

New to me :p

How'd that go for you? Get into any hot water over it? Strained relationships? :D

I've only recently come across it, apparently the ceremonial head dress is a pasta strainer  and one bloke in SA (son of a senior detective Sargent apparently) posed for his firearms license with a strainer on his head :D . Caused all sorts of dramas when the firearms branch (read waste of administration funds and bearers of red tape) thought the photo warranted him to have a psychological assessment to prove him of sound mind to own firearms.

Psychologist gave him the all clear and had a laugh himself, according to the paper. Hard to differentiate between many other religious beliefs I suppose. Funny idea for a hat though, and then to insist on wearing it for your license photo..... brave or silly? Or a threat to society? I got a laugh out of it, would have ****ed off the firearms branch though (and his Dad!).
.
Spiralled out of control...

I propose to start the "Protestant"version of the Spaghetti Monster, we can call in the Tagliatelle Monster.

You never know, maybe we can collect some money out of it and open a LR repairs shed AKA church in every state

This is also nice with sausage meat instead of bacon. Slit open the skins of a couple of pork sausages, squeeze out the meat and fry it in a frying pan. Add it to the pasta at the same point you'd add the bacon.

BLASPHEMY! There are only three meats that are allowed in a carbonara: bacon, guanciale, or pancetta.

Their ideas for a positive Pastafarian billboard are pretty funny.
