I live in Adelaide (cut that out you lot  ), own a Defender (see, I can't be that bad style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif ), and I'd like to join a club.

I'm not so much into expedition type trips, but I do have a bit of interest in trials or even some kind of (not extreme) winch challengy type of thing.

I guess it's unlikely that any club in Adelaide caters for that, unless anyone knows different? But what about Melbourne? I don't mind travelling into Mexican territory for a weekend every now and then. Any ideas??

Is there a SA Branch of the Land Rover Owners Club of Oz, i know there is one in melbourne. I have found the Sydney branch quite good. Matt

Thanks for the link Phoenix, I''ve been through the list of web pages but it's difficult to see what each club has as it's focus. I was hoping someone might have already done the hard work for me 'cause I'm such a lazy b@#$%rd. It looks like I might have to do the rounds physically rather than virtually.

There is a LR club in SA - The Landrover Register of SA - but they seem to be mostly into expedition type activities. I could be wrong though.

You might be right too.

After all, you were when you bought the 200tdi Defender. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif
