Black Betty had the chance to crucify me today for buying Snow White(brand new D4)
Went cutting firewood today.All my tools are still in the D2,plus didnt have to stuff around sorting a tow hitch out on Snow White,Black Betty got the gig to get a load of firewood.
When we left town I had just over 1/4 tank of fuel,plenty I thought.
Its a new area for collecting abundant amounts of Jarrah firewood,I under estimated the distance:(:(:(:(:(:(
Got out there and Black Betty flashes her low fuel light,AWESOME:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Ive NEVER pushed the light over 50km,we did make it home,78km:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
Yes the trailer load of firewood pushed us down every hill on the way home,the joys of a manual gearbox:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

So, Black Betty will be the work horse and the reliable for the home duties and the white spoiled as urban taxi?
Where I read that the the whites used to get it easy and the blacks were the ones to do the hard work? :angel:

Black Betty needs to go ASAP Chuckie.Insurance and rego are expensive on spare vehicles,got a Defender thats going too.
