I'm considering my options for setting up my auxiliary battery. I've been reading various threads on different set ups etc and have a few questions.
First though in my Dmax I have a battery box with a 100Ah Full River battery in the tray connected to my car and solar panel through a C-tek 250DS. I have connected the Anderson plug for my camper trailer through the auxiliary battery box.
In my 2014 Defender 110 wagon I will be needing to connect an Anderson plug at the rear for my Camper trailer plus a vehicle auxiliary battery with capacity for Solar charging.
My initial questions are:
If I connect an isolator such as a Traxide how and where do I connect the solar regulator? This would be for the car only as the camper already has a Redarc battery management system fitted.
I'm wanting to increase my auxiliary battery capacity to 130Ah. What are ways of setting this up so both batteries fit under the passenger seat?
Will there also be room to fit an isolator and solar regulator in the same space under the seat?
I'm sure I will have more questions once I have more information.
Thanks
