No, not Ean; the Landrover, Jaguar, Volvo, Volkswagen and Honda dealers.
I needed the radio code for my Volvo, so phoned the service department of the above. From the last five digits of the VIN, it was established that the car has never been to Austral. From the full VIN I was given the code, all this took less than five minutes.
Thanks Austral, a far better result than when I had to go through the same exercise fo the Fairlane, that cost $40.

Bought my defender from austral 6 months ago. Was very happy with their service as opposed to my local dealer in toowoomba. The defender is coming up for its first service and the intercooler hose recall and i'll probably take it back to austral for this aswell even though its a 3 hour return trip just for the service.

Bryan Byrt Ford gave me the radio security code over the counter at the spare parts section, no charge. Took him 30 seconds to look for it on the computer.
