Are these TLV snatch blocks ones that didn't pass ARB QC, or are ARB really selling the same product and gouging that much based on their name?

I have one of the cheap ones, it looks the same as the ARB one side by side however the coating on the metal has some blemishes. So I suspect it is a second. Functionally it works fine and the blemishes don't worry me.
