Not sure what size and type required.

My existing are HT 8.8, 13mm AF.

Are there captive nuts under the floor pan?

One of mine is loose and jammed. Another is missing!

Thus driver's seat is not secure to body.

I have no idea how it passed NSW Blue Slip like that. :eek:

From memory they are M10 HT
The captive nuts are part of a small tab that is riveted to the body. Have a look on the fuel tank you might be lucky and find one.
I recently removed and cleaned the captive nuts, riveted them back on and replaced the bolts using copper anti seize.
If the rivet has broken you might need some vice grips to stop the nut spinning.
