Had a lot of fun tracking the new Disco around the world, courtesy of WWL, Aismarine, and various port authority websites with webcams! After a couple of weeks sitting in Southampton, 7 weeks at sea, and a week getting across town to the dealers for "unwrapping", it's finally here. Spec and a happy snap:

MY14 SDV6 HSE
Corris Grey / Ebony
Premium Windsor Leather
Grand Piano Veneer
Rear Locking eDiff
Sunroof
Extended roof rails
20" Aero Viper Wheels
Keyless Entry
Wade sensing, Blind spot monitor, Closing vehicle detection, Reverse traffic detection
Vision assist - surround cameras, high beam assist, adaptive xenons
3M carbon CS35 tint
3M paint protection film in vulnerable areas - rear wheel arches etc.

So far, just really enjoying driving it:D:D

AWESOME DUDE!!!!!
I went poverty pack with a few upgrades rather than a half worn out second handy with more bits and pieces.
ENJOY.

Hi Jimlr

Not too sure where you live, but the Reverse traffic detection is a great device, we have it on ours and it has been most useful in carparks when it is difficult to see around the car next to you & it alerts you of approaching side traffic.

It also works if a pedestrian approaches the car as well, of course you shouldn't rely on it soley, but it is good aid.

Cheers. Yep, worth the wait for all the toys. On soccer mum duty for a bit, so RTD will be handy. Black bits on order, and plastidip sitting in the shed - can't believe I'm even contemplating dipping the wheels already - not sure how much I'll get past the fun police ... Better just enjoy driving and getting muddy for a while....
