After only recently having to repair my sons car after a road rage incident where the left side was extensively damaged, tonight parked out side our house my son's car had the right side damaged. We heard a loud bang and a car screaching off. We run outside and a SUV was parked a few doors up and the driver was collecting stuff off the road. It was too dark and he sped off as we came out to see what had happened. He did leave evidence and we ascertained by the part number on lens left on the scene that it came from a Honda CRV. It was a rear light. This Lowlife sped into my son's car in reverse and wasn't decent enough to stop and admit he hit it.:mad::mad::mad:
The Chicken shop up the road has security cameras so will see if that vehicle is on it at the time of accident. Without a rego number the cops can't do anything.
Every Honda CRV I see in the area is going to get scrutinised.

Yep that is one thing that definitely ****es me off. They don't bother to stop! I was at the local shops today parked and waiting in the car for my missus to bring back the shopping. I hear this bang and look in the side mirror to see another car door against my car.  :censored: I quickly get out and have a few words to the OLD bloke, who mind you didn't even bother or care that he had hit my car.
I checked for any damage and lucky there wasn't any. But the arrogance from him made me :censored: want to belt him. I told him what I thought about people, who do what he just did, and he said he was going to report me to the police. :D:D Go ahead I said. People just don't respect other peoples property. All he had to do was say sorry, I accidentally hit your car and I would of understand. But did he even say that? NO.
Go figure!

Happens every where. The second in command of the opposition over here in the UK was caught for a similar runner earlier this year only because someone who saw it on recognising him reported it. Some though say that it is only what you expect from a politician.

Go for a run around the smash repair shops and see if they have a Honda crv in being repaired.
If the crv reversed into your car, who's place was he reversing out of? Or did he just do a stupid 3 point turn

Reminds me of a while back when a bloke with young kid in a dunnydoor ran up the rear end of my D2 at a set of traffic lights in the main street of Kalgoorlie.
The bloke didn't even back up after he had hit me, nor did he get out to have a look at any damage. I had a look and the back of the D2 wasn't damaged, but the front bumper of his dunnydoor was still hanging over the towball on mine.
Had a few "words" with him through his window (if there had not been so many people watching, it would have been more than "words" ;)).
Anyway, when the lights changed to green, I drove off .............. with his bumper still hanging off the towbar on the Disco - pulled the plastic crap completely off the front of his souped up dunnydoor. :Rolling::Rolling::Rolling:
Much to my amusement and also to a few who were watching the whole event.
This idiot then proceeded to chase me down the main street (minus his front bumper, which had by then fallen off the back of the Disco after a block or so). So I pulled over and got out of the car, ready to relieve him of a few teeth. No such luck - after slowing his car down and both him and his kid screaming abuse at me out of the passenger side window, he sped off - still minus his front bumper.
Never did find out if he went back to collect it or not. Wouldn't have been much use to him if he had - after having been driven over by a truck. :arms:

Well we caught the culprit on CCT footage from a shop up the street, unfortunately this didn't show his front numberplate.
I managed to pick up a door from the wreckers, same colour and replaced the damage (caved in door, Lucky the pillar and chassis didn't bend)
War injury, received a nice gash on top of foot as the donor door slipped and fell on top of my foot, sliced sock open.
Next trip to scrap metal, to cash in scrap of all car panels I have lying around form all these not at fault accidents.
