As most will know from another post of mine I have just brought a new head and all the goodies to go with it from the UK, for my TD 300
Not being all that knowledgeable on this motor, the night before fitting the injectors and other bits and bobs I read the old trusty manual on how to do it. Just to be sure of getting perfection.
It was during this read that copper washers were mentioned, My first thoughts were I don't recall any when I pulled the old one out. Look around and at the old ones none to see, ask a few knowledgeable friends and all answers lean to there should be.
Today I checked with local Bosch dealer The copper washers don't come with new Injectors
This could be a some what painful trap for some.

Or any hydraulic/Ag dealer.. If you found you're old ones or at least one it would b handy for sizing.. :)

I got them no worries from the local diesel Bosch dealer 50 cents each.
I see it as a possible for any one that does not have a lot of mechanical knowledge or experience.

The workshop manual should highlight them.... If not, throw it away and find one that does!!! :D
