My daughter has a Mazda mpv v6 van. Shortly after the last service the oil light started flickering on idle. I checked the oil level which was ok and I noticed it was idling at 500rpm...too slow and a slight pressure on the accelerator saw the light going out. I took it back to the service centre where they cleaned the idle sensor and adjusted the base idle speed in the computer. All was well, I drove it home and no sign of the oil light. Two days later it is doing it again. Any suggestions? Jim
