I'm finding the Landy bug to be contagious. My kids definitely prefer the height of the Disco over our other car and given the choice they'll opt for the Disco. Luckily indicators are on the same side in our other car so no dramas switching from one to the other.

With 4 Land Rover products in the yard I have 2 x Series with indicators on the right of the steering, and the RRC and D1 indicators are on the left,I might eventually change them to the left as well :)

Height yeah huge difference from my disco which doesn't have a suspension lift to a commodore. I felt like I was dragging my bum along the road as I was driving not to mention the multiple cars that I came across where my eye level was not much higher than their wheel arches its a whole different perspective down there.

That is why the kids like the Disco, they get a birds-eye view of the road and traffic. At one stage we had a Honda Civic which was so low to the ground. We'd drive the Disco and go back to the Civic and it felt claustrophobic with every other car driver sitting higher than yourself.

That should be an interesting exercise. From memory the indicators on the Series 2a just clamp around the steering column.

Haha,, couple of weeks ago after I'd been driving the loan car, jumped into the Deefer and hit the water button for the windscreen wipers.
I'm sure the car beside me had a heart attack as I blazed past him.
Wouldn't probably have been so bad if I didn't have ear phones in with Jimmy screaming at me ;). Woke the comes up too, she was not amused :D
