shes a bit of a gold digger taking most of my money but tbqh i wouldnt change one bit of it ive had her just over a year and when u look at the big picture she hasnt changed much all the big jobs were easy its the little ones you forget about that takes the time it makes me happy seeing how far shes come along from being scrap :) hope you all enjoy pictures are when i saw her on gumtree

My old fella's a Jan 69 build and has the headlights in the wings.

Maybe there was an overlap??

I'm not sure but when I got both chassis number a kind landy lover (lotz-a-landys) helped me out and told me it was a 1969 I'll check again but I'm sure that's what I was told :)

Hi, just looking at ur land rover, It has the same Athol hedges style steel roof as my old girl. Cool. not too many of these roofs left coz they rust away badly. Still its good to see another one still living.

I had to swap over to the cab roof as I saved her from scrap and the roof is caved in but I still have then 109 full roof sides and flap if anyone would look for them

The chassis number on the left rear hanger matches the plate and it says land rover iia :) but they could be wrong

That is awesome. I used my 109 as a daily for a little bit (had a job in town for a short time) it's great, but can't afford to run it too much cause she's a bit too thirsty.

im tinkering with getting a diesel for it as i get get free fuel from work but that may happen with the next one ;) i may have the landy bug ps did u get your valves hardened or did you add the additive to the fuel each time :)
