I went to school with a guy who got a job at one of the LR mechanics in Sydney somewhere, dont ask me which one, and an apprentice, not him, was asked to detail a new rangie, in 98. At this shop to get the brake dust and crap of the wheels, they use extremely dilute HCl (that Hydrochloric Acid for those who are chemiacally challenged). Anyway, to cut a long story short he mixed the solution to strong, he sponged the HCl solution onto the wheels, went to the toilet and came back to find no wheels, some melted stuff on the floor and some tyres. Not sure how true it is, but its funny. Matt
