I was waiting for someone to say "That's not a 101" :Rolling: :Rolling: :Rolling:

It sure does look like one. Out of interest, how can you tell ?

It does too, it's plainly obvious when you know to look for it. They seem to think it's a Haflinger on the local group... But I thought those things were tiny.

You will notice the Haflinger is a lot different to a Pinzgauer - underneath is something similar though.

Visible now - wasn't before.

That is an old Youtube video. A 101 with diff locks could do that and be more stable.

Aren't they the same 2 pictures? The second taken later in the day when the Haflinger grew up. :wasntme:

Shane, I'm disappointed with you. I thought you were trained in 101 recognition.

:D Hey, it's incredibly obvious once you have seen them side by side.... but in a blury old video... it's the guard line that gives it away to even the merest glimpse of one. The Pinzgauer looks weird with the front guard tapering right through to the rear like that.

No doubt it's one tough beast rock climbing like that though ( would have to have diff locks right through ).

I didn't think a 101 had diff locks  :wasntme:

All have a centre diff lock.
A diff lock can be fitted to the rear (I have two sitting in my shed) and I've read of some having a diff lock in the front diff.

Have we convinced you to buy one yet? I'm sure we can find one or two for sale.

THe only thing that stops me is $$$ (just like with everything else :( ) ... Plus I think my wife thinks 5 cars on the road is plenty (even if 4 of them are club permit vehicles  ).
