Hi guys Apart from the Galvanized chassis and 4 speed box..

what other technical differences do the Ex army 110's have from the Civilian spec?:confused::confused:

transfer, diffs, diff ratios, is the suspension different?

Civvy 110s can also have the 4 speed box from factory.
You are right about the gal chassis. A 4x4 Army 110 also has higher rate springs without load leveller (though most civvy Counties don't have them anymore either), Taper Roller Bearings in the transfer, reinforced trailing arms and a smaller sump. Some variants have a different high range transfer ratio.
Most 4x4 variants don't have power steering.
