Who sells on ebay? I have a customer who paid double the required postage. If I press the refund button can I choose the amount or will all her payment be refunded? Jim

Get her paypal email address and make a payment to her email address with a reason in the description box.. Has nothing to do with ebay then.

Funny I have just this minute hung up from speaking to EBay regarding the postal section. I quite often sell on eBay and find the postage section bloody confusing, and complicated , Does any one else have this problem??

Yes with PayPal you click refund and you can choose the whole amount or a partial refund. I'd recommend the refund option rather than sending to the buyers PayPal as you'll get back some of the original fees that PayPal charges

When you list your product there is a section for postage. You can opt for a fixed price which you nominate, or actual postage. You can also sort delivery method. This my first time selling and it is pretty straight forward.

Paypal is a pain in the arse! Great for the buyer who does not have to have an account, but a nightmare for the seller.. I'll never have an account again!! There is an alternative called Paymate (or something similar) that Ebay use, but don't tell you about as they own Paypal..
