Im looking at getting seat covers for our D4 & came across these when on the Disco3.CO.UK site

Inka Land Rover Discovery 4 Fully Tailored Waterporoof Front 2010-2014 Right Hand Drive : Discovery (http://www.inka-corp.com/Rover-Discovery-Tailored-Waterporoof-2010-2014/dp/B008PU08ZY?field_availability=-1&field_browse=4951385031&field_generic_text_2-bin=Discovery+4%7CDefender%7CDiscovery+3%7CDiscove ry+2&id=Rover+Discovery+Tailored+Waterporoof+2010-2014&ie=UTF8&refinementHistory=generic_text_2-bin%2Csubjectbin%2Cgeneric_text_10-bin%2Cgeneric_text_1-bin%2Cprice%2Ccolor_map&searchBinNameList=generic_text_2-bin%2Csubjectbin%2Cgeneric_text_10-bin%2Cgeneric_text_1-bin%2Cprice%2Ccolor_map&searchNodeID=4951385031&searchPage=1&searchRank=title-asc-rank&searchSize=12)

Just wondering if anyone here has any feedback or information regarding the quality etc. The blokes on the UK site seem to think they are good and that they are the same as the seat covers that LR in the UK sell but minus the LR logo's etc.

I bought a front seat set of these and have only fitted the drivers seat cover as I use the vehicle for work. Been very happy with it, fits well and are easy to wipe down although after two and a half years there are a couple of makes that won't wipe off but then again that's why a bought it. Haven't bothered to fit the arm rest cover since I only tend to put it down when on a long haul and then I'm usually clean. I have the almond interior and would recommend them.

I bought a full set of these. The front ones are very good, the rear ones didn't fit. Apparently the set I bought was for a 5 seat D4, and the 5 seat has a different second row seat configuration to the 7 seat.

There was nothing to say that when I bought them, and while I was ticked off I was also just about to go away camping in my brand new D4 so needed the covers for the front at least. I only use them when going camping.

12 months on my interior is suitably trashed from many more impromptu off road outings and unexpected post mountain bike dirty asses on the seats!

i "bought" some seat covers from this company from their ebay website. not for a land rover mind you. looking at their feedback raised a few concerns which i duly wrote to them before purchasing.

i was advised shipping would be corrected with the purchase of a second item, the goods would be despatched next day and VAT would be taken off the price once i went to the payment stage.

well, absolutely none of these eventuated. i placed the order the same day too! they managed to run out of the material altogether and/or they were moving factory, freight charge was doubled up and VAT was added.

got my refund. there's also plenty of feedback from people saying it was a good experience on the ebay store.

Second that. Inka are a good crowd to deal with. They despatch promptly and My D3 covers fit well.

I have these (inka)on the front seats of my D4 as well - they appear to be the same the Land Rover ones I have on the second row. Mine have been on for nearly 3 years without incident.

As others have said, fit is reasonable, very easy to wipe/sweep off. Great with kids, car seats, snacks, and beach trips with wet towels etc etc.

Maybe not the most comfortable material to sit on, but I will accept that happily for the durability.

I find it's a bit of a shame that the local manufacturers of canvas seat covers like black duck and MSA don't do any covers for the D3/4. I've been using the covers from these two for a few years on my old cruisers and they have been great

just ordered a full set for my D3 thanks to reading your comments, the rears needed to be the D4 ones as the D3 ones listed on evilbay were for a 60/40 split rear seat. looking forward to getting some protection to the seats.

How often do you need to give the leather seats a treatment with seatcovers, I was applying leather treatment to my last car every 3 to 6 months, the leather on the disco seems to be a better quality than ones in Japanese cars.

Cheers
