Well actually the poles have flipped many times, last time 780,000 years ago. But if it does happen and the blood rushes to your head you should get an entry in the Guiness Book of Records, since it takes between 1000 and 10000 years for the planet's electromagnetic field to reverse. Definitely an entry for the world's oldest person in that. :D
