Hi all
On holiday on FNQ and just seen a white D4 with a light bar fitted inside the front bumper...anyone else done this? Is it legal?
Cheers

If you wanted to cut up your bumper!
Or is it in the gap in the bottom?

Not in gap, bumper cut;
in 5 seconds that I saw it looked quite "professionally" finished.

Personally, that's filed in my "what not to do" list lol.

I think it looks better than diabolical aircraft landing lights 'Protruding' out the front of a vehicle. In relation to the airflow into the intakes = also minimal interference.
If you already have a Bull bar then that's a no 'brainer', You have already (rightly) sacrificed the design aesthetics for safety and protection and you hardly notice the extra bits.
I am not sure if the light is better placed higher for the real deal (on the roof like the gun racked Texas Ute) but in my opinion I think I like the 'stealth' aspect.
To each his own I suppose.

A more subtle trim may do it a lot of favours!

I would have probably gone lower in the unpainted section so its not easily seen, but still a good idea.

I don't think it looks that bad

As Toombie posted.If the rubber trim was neater it could look better.I wouldnt go that way personaly.
