I write this sadly after just finishing putting my much loved VFR 800 up on ebay for sale. We would like to get a camper trailer so the bike must (sadly) go. Was a great bike to ride & I hope I can get another one day.

I feel your pain. My CBR1000F is soon to be advertised, but I'm putting it off as I can't bring myself to do it...:(

I had to sell my VFR750 years ago as it was an unjustified selfish expense at the time, things are better so i now have the Trumpy Daytona :)

I look at the GTR when I walk in the shed and think, I never use it! It should go! Then I go for a ride... and its like , yeah they can prise it from my cold fingers maybe! :D
Its cost me nothing except some oil and a couple of tyres and rego so damn it Shes a keeper! Unless its for a newer 1 :D But I know how you feel about selling :( Sad!

SOLD mine 2007 -1000rr .. As much as i miss it i don't think i can ever get back on sports bike again.

That's my problem - I know I'll regret it if I sell it, even though I don't currently ride it....:(

But this is my ticket to a 4BD1T for the 101...

Yeah, the other one is a Suzuki Boulevard C50. Lovely idea to sell it, but that is SWMBO primary means of transport - she rides it to and from work almost every day, rain, hail or shine - she is a much more determined rider than me - I'm definitely a fair weather rider. I would get nutted if I even suggested selling it...:D
