Read the book recently. Whilst the undertaking and adventure were amazing, the book was less so in my opinion. As someone who normally prefers the book to the film, I hope the film does the story more justice.

G'day Bob, i am about to put a post up about Aussie bush icons, and she is one that is mentioned. So if our threads get merged together i will say sorry in advance. I didn't want to post my thread in here as it is a little different and your post is focusing on one person. Cheers mate.

I saw the movie a few months back, some sort of advanced screening. I really enjoyed it. Even showed a few series 3s and a LJ50 she met on the Gunbarrell.

Not a problem, mate, merge away, I don't claim ownership to most of what I post, I'm not selfish enough to do that. As long as the story is told, and people listen. That's the important thing. Bob

Movie is quite well done.
The interviews are also quite interesting.
