You can get them at any tackle shop, fishing and hunting stores and boating places (ie) Bias Boating at Rockdale or Liverpool.
I thought it was a national thing.

Most large ish Shell select servos in NSW sell fishing licences too. The have a big yellow E terminal where you can get phone recarge cards etc, by using your eft pos cards.
Be advised that a lot of small towns dont sell fisihin licences - Culburra Beach and Greenwell point on the south coast. I was talking to a bloke in a fishing shop who was saying that last season he sold them and he had to have a staff member on fulltime to do them. - for NO return then when he sent the money in $15,000 he was $15 out he got a nasty letter from fisheries, seeing that his cash sale customers were walking out the door because they couldnt get served they actually lost him buisness....
BUt i digress you have to have one - if not stiff fines and conferscation of fishing gear ....

I used to work with Bon Carr's Cheif of Staff, he owns a panel shop.
Not one of the staff members there are on wages, they are all contractors, right down to the girl that answers the phones.
And this from a "Labour Party" that is ment to be there for the workers. HA!
