Been a few years between bikes and hadnt planned on adding one to the fleet just yet but an offer from a mate that i just couldnt refuse came up. So here it is a T595 Daytona with 17K on the clock that hasnt been used for over a year so requires some tlc but considering it didnt cost me a cent i'm not complaining :D.

He is, i'm not leaving him without wheels, he has a ducati monster to put around on . Its funny that when he first bought it i rode it the 1 hr 15 mins back to his place in the rain as he is a fair weather rider, by the time we were 15 mins from his place the roads were dry so i got a chance to fang it , it handles and brakes so nice i said then that i wanted the first option to buy it.

Being a former VFR owner the sprint would be my choice of a new bike.

Been doing some maintenance on the 'Tona and after fitting a new battery still couldnt get it to fire up, did all the tests and came up with a dead fuel pump :o.
Wasnt game to get a price of Triumph but my searching on the net found references to a figure of about $400  (from 2009), further searching found that the pump is a fairly common denso unit commonly found in Magna's/ Lasers /Festiva's and sold by Bursons for $105 but the old man got it for $75 trade so once i get the new filter i'll be hitting road.
