Hi all..
Firstly, mods.. If this is in the wrong place, or there is a place for it please shift it! :). Anyhow, a mate rang me all excited yesterday.. He'd seen a Land Rover that was bigger than my 101 and the usual "do you know him??" Question came out.. I don't, but does anyone? It'd be an interesting rig to look around! :)

I'm sure that vehicle has featured in AULRO somewhere in the recent past, does it belong to someone in Qld, it looks the goods, cheers Dennis

Was this not the Army prototype for senior officers/ADF chiefs?

I know there was something similar posted somewhere not long ago which also mentioned the insane amount spent on it by DoD. In excess of $1M I seem to recall.

I don't think it would pass the "Elk Test"....

That was Juddy taking the mickey. No truth in THAT story at all.

It was built on the Gold Coast after the disposal auction.
