Wobble in front seats

Hi All,
I tried searching but have had no luck, my two front seats in the rangie have play/wobble in what appears to be the seat base slide area, does anyone else have this problem? When I climb in the driver's seat I can feel it move and when I grab either front seat by the back I can wobble them but I can't work out where the play is exactly or how to fix it.

Not uncommon. There was a thread on fixing it on rangerovers.net forum. One day I might fix mine.

My drivers seat has the same issue. It's never really bothered me. But if the fix is easy, I'd do it.
