No justice or deterrence.

What a hero, 100+ kg 20 year old against a 60 kg 68 year old with a cowardly king hit.
He's lucky I wasn't on the bench, he'd have gone away for 2 years minimum. :angrylock:

EDIT

This link doesn't show the violence.

And on the same day...

Teen in a coma after coward's punch (http://www.skynews.com.au/news/national/2014/11/03/teen-in-a-coma-after-coward-s-punch.html)

and I think I heard on the radio an elderly male has been killed with a coward punch in the last day or so..

I believe if you throw the punch, bad luck, it doesnt matter what your intent was , you wear the result of the punch, if they die, manslaughter, if they dont and are injured seriously then appropriate penalties,

If you attack someone, unprovoked without warning, there should be a conviction recorded if you are found guilty, and if injuries of any substantial nature occurs then bad luck you get time.

Are these Australian Censorship or AULRO rules? Just wondering and thinking the former.

and you rarely get a second chance if they breach you

and they are cracking right down on it.

i managed to dodge one bullet and don't want to have to dodge another.. it isnt much fun

i have asked the question and am awaiting an answer.

Hmm, I think we'd better review the series of images in this thread: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/general-chat/208590-dad-let-me-show-you-how-reverse-parallel-park-post2254119.html?highlight=stobie+pole#post2254119 showing car crashes into South Oz stobie poles - and maybe a few other pics elsewhere.
