rear left door unlocking problem

Hi all,
So the latest ina series of minor annoying problems on my D4: remote unlock button has to be pressed 2 or 3 times before it will release the rear left door to open from the outside. Any tips or diagrams on how to DIY a fix or adjustment?

My right rear door lock gave up the ghost altogether. I couldn't lock it.
Had to get a rod/strap replaced (that was bent) on the actuator. Done at a dealer, so can't help on the "how to...".

had this happen on the rrs. there is a diy on disco3.uk site from memory. i went the dealer route as it was a lengthy and approx $250 parts list.

Funnily enough the problems stopped for the minute!!
