Hi, I have just purchased a Discovery 2005 - great car! One issue that I am trying to resolve is that the rear parking sensors do not work - no sound, flashing light though even when driving. I have checked the fuses, seem to be ok? Appreciate any thoughts?
Regards
Pete

I have a similar problem which I'm trying to diagnose at the moment with my 2010 D4. My reverse sensors aren't working since hooking up my camper trailer.
The thread is tittle 'Trailer Stability Assist stuck on' (sorry not sure how to copy in a link from my iPhone app)

The sensors themselves may be faulty and the thing that makes the sound may be broken.

As for the flashing light while driving, can't help with that, our D4 didn't have a flashing light that I remember, we had our reversing sensors turned off, first car we have had in 40yrs of owning a vehicle, what a pain in the arse that sound is:mad:

I'd try replacing the rear park aid speaker first. It's pretty cheap to do.

There's a thread on it here (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/d3-d4-rrs/198448-rear-park-aid-speaker-muted.html)
