I'm not even sure what springs my car has (they're blue) if that helps?

Anyway it has a bit of a 'downward dog' stance when the tub isn't loaded up, which is most of the time. A winch will be going on shortly which won't help...

Where should I be measuring for suspension heights, and what is the 'normal' difference between F & R ?

See if you can catch the eye of JC down here in Tassie with that question, he's the person that I would be asking if that was my query.

I'll be interested in any response to this as well as my 130 has exactly the same stance. I asked the guys at Triumph Rover in Lonsdale, SA about this a few months ago, and they suggested putting in uprated springs (I've already got a bar and a winch).
Due to a shortage of folding stuff at the time I put this on the list - where it remains!
I didn't ask what the typical measurements should be unfortunately.

Not sure about suspension heights for the 130's but your spring colour coding indicates that you don't have standard front springs.
See attached spreadsheet for Land Rover spring comparisons - standard 130 specs are highlighted blue.

Has it still got the mega heavy duty coils and helpers in it? That will contribute.
I forget where I found it but if you search for Australian vehicle specs or compliance specs you might get some numbers. I did this a while ago and I honestly cannot remember whether I found the answer or not. I didn't end up measuring it I remember that.

Blue coils are usually Dobinsons or Lovells.
The ones you have fitted are progressive rate and I would venture "sus-stuff" flexy coils.
Likely the fronts are the same brand.

Suspension Stuff Land Rover | Suspension Stuff, 4x4 Lift Kits - Brisbane (http://www.suspensionstuff.com.au/land-rover.html)
Their website has changed since I was last talking to them about 6 months ago.
Shane was the guy who ran it and was very helpful. Sus-Stuff kits were quite popular for D2's.
My son had the flexy coils in the back of his D2 and they were fantastic.

The current website is poor re pics and info for LR and I suspect may be under new ownership.

Those springs are almost completely compressed. What load do you have aboard?

Don130, they are progressive springs, one end of the coil is tightly bound like how it is in the photo.
