Yes. Quite a few.
Hot Rover and LandroverScott immediately spring to mind.

On the second page of this Sub Catagory 'Coil Sprung Military Land Rovers' there is an entire thread several pages long titled 'Snorkels' that discusses, and has pictures of, well ****, Snorkels!

Searching is your friend. (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/coil-sprung-military-land-rovers/203678-snorkels.html)

EDIT: I'll even chuck in an example of how to do a search, for future reference.

Put this into google:
Snorkel site:http://www.aulro.com/afvb/coil-sprung-military-land-rovers/

And you get this result:

EDIT2: Why put an ARB bar on a Perentie?

Not all are selling with a bar I'm assuming. APT are making some custom snorkels in the green for them.

Also - as no-one has said it yet - ARB Defender bullbars won't fit without alteration; the Perentie chassis' front dumb irons are different to the standard 110. The only bars that will fit Perenties currently are Perentie bars. That said, I saw Murray (Rijidij) take some sneaky measurements of my Perentie's bullbar mounts at the Castle Hill Expo so I guess there will be aftermarket options available shortly.

As for winches, KLR do a winch mount which can be used to mount an electric winch to a Perentie. Here's one mocked up in situ.

This was found out the hard way when Perentie bars became available surplus (well before the vehicles themselves) and people went to fit them to Defenders to get "The Look". Different design of the chassis front end.

PS Congrats on getting plates on to your Defrentie Hybrid!
