285/60/18 on d3

hi all
i have just ordered a set of cooper zeon ltz 285/60/18 for my d3 v8 se 2007. i have done the wires on the front wheel , is there anything else i need to do , thanks any help will be sweet.

Do a search for Gordon's ( GGHAGGIS ) post on tyre sizes. It pretty much outlines which sizes will require work and how much , to fit.
