So I asked a question regarding if the standard wheels/rims take inner tubes and it seems they do from the responses. I'm not a fan at all of inner tubes. Is there a rim that looks like the original Perentie 110 rim that is considered tubeless? Any pictures would be appreciated.

None that look exactly like the Aussie military rim, but I used a Wolf rim, Land Rover part no ANR4583PM. It is the UK LR military rim. This is a 6.5" x 16 tubeless rim with the same setback as the Perentie rim.

Thanks. That's exactly what I needed to know.

I have no qualms running my standard Perentie 110 rims tubeless, as the Michelins that are fitted are rated for either tubed or tubeless. The rim design comes from an era before tubeless rims had the safety rib AFAIK.

You can get these:

RRC503600PM | 16x5.5 LWB Rim Tubeless Type (O.E. manufacture) Black Primer Coated (http://www.paddockspares.com/rrc503600pm-16x5-5-lwb-rim-tubeless-type-o-e-manufacture-black-primer-coated.html)

They look more like the originals than the Wolf rims, but cost even more. Probably not as heavy though.

Those look closer to the original wheels on the Perentie. Thanks. Both are excellent choices.

The Perentie rims are an orphan size 6" rim instead of 5.5" of the 90/110 or 6.5" 130 models.

But all are effectively interchangeable.

But all are effectively interchangeable.

JohnSo long as you have the same width rim on both sides of the same axle (to be legal).
