Discovery seat headrests

Hi All does anyone know of a product/addon/accessory that will fit over the original head rest to make it sit further forward so that when you lean back in the seat it will support your head in an upright position rather than your head leaning back and you looking at the roof?
On the early Rangies there was a clip on extra headrest that did just what I am after. It was very comfotable when on a long drive.
I have searched but have come up blank.
I think this type of product would sell well.
I have considerd making one from foam rubber and getting it coverd..but time is against me at the moment

The head rest is only to minimise whiplash.
Resting your head on it while driving is probably not a good practice.
