D4 hitch

The keys broken off in my hitch and the green plastic handles come adrift after some forceful fitting :oops2: Are there over haul kits for these hitches or am I up for new one?? I've been able to rotate the forward facing lug in with a pair of multi grips but I'm concerned its not actually locked in place !! Any ideas ??

The lock is replaceable. About $20 from memory (been a while since I did it). Simple to replace, somewhere on here there is a thread with the details.
