Hi all, need to replace the drivers inner door seal, the combination felt and rubber one. I have tried without success to find a part number for it, can anyone please assist?
Thanks

And as often happens a new morning delivers a fresh search criteria, and I'm able to answer my own question.
Front door aperture seal part number LR037755

I found this to be a highly annoying part to obtain. I have replaced my drivers side one and when transported the seal was folded into a strange shape and then broke on the seam/join in transit ... twice this happened necessitating return and mucking about ... it was so annoying that I swore I would only ever obtain these from the dealer so that I could inspect it prior to parting with my dosh. VMMV depending on supplier, just sharing an annoying experience ;)

I just wondered if I had the door seal descriptions correct as below?
It sounds like I also need what is called the secondary seal. The rubber portion near the latch has abraded as I guess I rub it getting in; sounds like others do as well.
I was looking at door seal part numbers and the description was for two seals, Primary and Secondary, for each of the front doors/openings. I guess which side does not matter.
The Rubber/Felt seal, which this thread is about, is I gather called the Secondary seal. This is the seal that located in the door opening and not on the door. The part number was initially CFE000474, and as per the thread, now LR037755.
The all rubber like seal installed on the door is I guess then called the Primary seal? If so, I have the initial part number as CFE500460, now updated to LR015154.
I just wondered if I understood correctly?

You have the correct description and location for each seal.

How much did you pay for this seal from a dealer?

My drivers side went after about 4 months from new. The dealer replaced it under warranty "this time". Seems to me that this is a poor piece of equipment if it cant stand being rubbed as you get into the car. I have the seat set right back so I now have to get in carefully to avoid hitting it. Same thing is happening on my wife side. She is disabled and can't avoid rubbing against the seal as she gets in the car.
