Ok, thoughts ideas or suggestions to do or check.
My 1993 discovery and I went to the beach yesterday and spent some time on the sand, and in places, the St Albans bay track is extremely soft.
At times we ran in high gears in low range and on some occasions when under pressure, low range would pop out into neutral and needed my wife to hold the stick forward to keep it in. I think I was more annoyed and ****ed off about it than she was (probably for the best).
Gearbox has recently been rebuilt, but could the problem be within the box, or simply be in the linkages. Or do I just need to be using low range more often?
