Help to remove interior light moulding

Morning all, I would like to remove the interior light either front or center on a MY07 Disco3. Have the clear globe cover off but would like to get the molding off.
I can't see any screws or clip evident, does it just pull or lever off ?

Found instructions for every other part of the vehicle on U-Tube but nothing on the cab lights, on here either.

Front one comes down from the front edge, don't pull it down by the back or you will break it. I just pulled mine down yesterday ;)

Thanks Rich that worked well on the center one as well.
Lots of goodies hidden up there !
Might find out more about them when and if I do something about the lining coming de-laminated.
