Hi all
Does the late engines that has the drain for the turbo drain, also have the ports or gallery's for the oil coolers/piston squirters . So they can be retro fitted when fitting turbo etc.
Thanks Matt

No, I haven't seen any yet that have the squirters. It's just a matter of drilling into the oil gallery and fitting them. The late N/A motors have a machined spot where the squirters go but no hole drilled.

Bearman right, what you may find on the later engines is that there is a machined section where the squirters go. There is a post on here with images of a 1990 block that I pulled apart showing the machined circular sections. I was going to fit off the squirters my self to the block even bought a set of squirters, but shelved the project as got hold of a turbo motor. It now sits collecting dust.
