Wondering what the injector balance numbers mean on the Td5 with a Nanocom.
Mine have been as high and as low as 7's.

No problem is indicated with numbers that low/close.

Its the fueling adjustment for low revs to equalise cylinder power output determined by the acceleration of the crankshaft resulting from each cylinder firing. A large number from 1 cylinder suggests possible injector malfunction.

Measures rpm drop of each cyl in relation to the others and will be
more accurate at low rpm's , +or - 7 is OK , but if consistently on the same cylinder no might indicate a check of inj clearances might be required , had one vehicle that owner had replaced head using silicone and lots of it between cam carrier and head starving rockers of oil and seizing inj rockers , was showing +or- 20 on number 5 ( last one to get oil) .
