Mud map2 - moving map

Hi guys,
Hoping someone can help. I have mud map 2 (latest version) on an IPad Air. For some reason it will not find my location. It has in the pastt, but now just comes up with 'your location is being determined' and just sits there. I also can't get the moving map function to work.
Location services are turned on.

Hope someone can help. I can be reached on 0417367625 if that's easier

A couple of things to try, firstly kill all other operating apps. If that doesn't work physically turn off the ipad and restart.

Tried those.
Can now locate myself but the map will rotate but not actually track. It's weird. I can keep touching the arrow and it'll jump to where I am, but not actually operate as a moving map.

Perhaps try uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Maybe overkill but if it was working previously the reinstall will hopefully get it back to that state.
Don't forget to reinstall the maps.
